Indiigo is a true black (in
fact he was born black) purebred Arabian. His pedigree consists of over 90%
Egyptian bloodlines, and is inbred through three of his sire lines to the black
stallion WASEEM ASWAD KAIL by AK Waseem Montaal [Amaal x AN Maroufa] and produced
by the mare Randa Fadwa [Mista-Har x Fadba]). INDIIGO has three lines to Amaal
and two lines to Serr Maariner, the great Babson bred Dressage stallion
and the only Arabian to win the USDF Gold medal. His sire also carries
the blood of *Adhem (EAO Alla El Din x ABSB Zabia) and Farah Zaroussa (Mahrouss
x Shar Zargema). His Dam is an Ansata El Reyhan grandaughter. Her tail female
line is through Lewisfield Bahama who is double Aaraf.
INDIIGO is a quality
individual who will stand up to scrutiny conformationally no matter what his color. He has
a soft eye, a long shapely neck and a dry chiseled head. His body shows much substance
with a very strong hip. He possesses the quality of movement required by dressage mounts
with a strong forward propulsion from his powerful hind end. In fact he recently cleared a
5 foot high object (without rider of course)!!
